Blogged.com Gives Us Thumbs-Up
The blogging community has spoken. NetworkedBlogs.com places Elixir Productions: News & ElixirCast in their top 50 blogs under “queer,” and Blogged.com gives us a solid “good” rating:
Our goal at Elixir Productions: News & ElixirCast is to syndicate a variety of content, from exclusive interviews with artists we love (see Q&Daou) to items of interest to LGBT readers (see Must-See List of LGBT/Queer Films) and, of course, info/updates about our theatre company, including our upcoming show at FringeNYC 2009, 1-900-SELFPLEX.

Happy Pride!
From all of us at Elixir Productions, have a happy pride!
From ’1-900-SELFPLEX’ Back to ‘Joe Sent M.D.E.’
Rehearsals are about to begin for 1-900-SELFPLEX, but we at Elixir would be remiss if we didn’t pause to share some video of Joe Sent M.D.E., the May 2009 collaboration between Elixir co-founder Jody P. Person, the talented faculty, students, and alumni of Mercer County Community College, and recording artist Vanessa Daou.
Below is the first of Jody’s three dances, “Black & White.” His two other dances will follow, so keep an eye on this space – or, even easier, subscribe to our RSS feed and be notified as new dances are posted.
To watch in high definition, visit Elixir’s new page on Vimeo.com.
